Hermes Waiver Mobile Application gives you access to enter Daily Activity Logs and MAR records into the Hermes Health IT Portal for MR/DD program clients. After you log in, Hermes Waiver Mobile can be used even if your device is offline. Use the Sync-Data function to upload data you entered to the Hermes IT portal, when you device is online. Hermes is an operational solution developed by Z-Geoinfo Inc. for its clients. It is only for use by persons with a valid user credential set up via the Hermes EMR Portal and enabled for mobile access. All operational questions should be directed to the organization running the Hermes IT Portal.
Requires iOS 3.2 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
